Course Outline

Artificial intelligence (IA) constitutes a major component of the digital technologies that are transforming public and private sector business practices.  It is essential for organisations to understand the opportunities and risks that are inherent and develop their capacity to harness and manage these new technologies productively and effectively.

The course highlights the key factors involved in this process of transformation which entails the strategic adoption of AI and related digital technologies.  Participants will examine a range of practical applications of AI and how they are enhancing services and product offerings and bringing improvements in performance and efficiency; moreover, participants will explore through practical work the potential for AI adoption within their own organisation context.
