During the pandemic, employees have often proved they can successfully work from home (WFH) whilst enjoying more flexibility. At the same time, however, many workers miss being in an office with colleagues. To make a successful transition, companies need to figure out what this new model looks like for them and determine what tools and processes are needed to support this new environment. HR teams have an important role to play in transitioning successfully.
