Though knowledge of Accountability and Governance is a unique need for those in positions that oversee the spending of public money, it is vital that those in these roles get a thorough insight into the ever changing perception of what is, and is not, acceptable behaviour and spending. This is especially crucial now that public spending is under constant scrutiny from both the media and the public.
