Increasingly judicial officers have to tackle ever more complex issues in managing cases. With this has come more emphasis on the need for effective case flow management, giving courts new responsibilities to secure the cooperation of the many agencies involved in judicial administration.

The Commonwealth Magistrates and Judges Association and Civil Service College have come to organise this Workshop which will take a detailed look at the principles and techniques for the development and management of a modern, efficient, fair and transparent system - not only from the court’s perspective but also considering the obligations and responsibilities of others involved in the administration of justice.

It includes a comprehensive overview of lessons learned from recent justice system reforms designed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of judicial administration. It will also cover the scope of application and principles of Judicial Ethics.

All of our open programmes are delivered in an interactive and engaging style and will require full participation from participants. Therefore, we advise that you have a proficient level of written and spoken English language in order to gain the full benefits of our open programmes.

This international training programme can be delivered in both face to face and online virtual training formats. Just let us know your needs and contact Andrea for more information.
