The Executive Leadership in the Digital Age Toolkit
This two-week programme combines:
This course is designed for the executive who wants to develop their personal insight and effectiveness and to grow as a leader in a technology-driven world. In the new digital age, leaders need to effectively leverage both artificial intelligence (AI) and emotional intelligence if they are to successfully lead organisational transformation. This programme will provide an opportunity to explore your leadership strengths in a trusting, peer-to-peer environment.
The course will help delegates to identify the qualities and values of a successful leader and how to apply these to their own personal development journey. It will examine key leadership principles, and the role of emotional intelligence in creating resilient and empowered teams. Critically, it will assess how emotional intelligence relates to the effective use and application of AI from a leadership perspective.
Delegates will focus on influencing and the use of power to identify their own preferred way of making an impact and engaging with people; they will assess how to create a coaching culture and how to embrace AI positively, encouraging creativity and innovation and enhancing wellbeing and resilience. Delegates will also debate the ethical implications of responsible AI usage and consider how emotional intelligence can address its inherent limitations.
Prior to the course delegates will identify real-life challenges to work through - focusing on influence, conflict resolution, making difficult decisions, and the application of emotional intelligence and adoption of AI, with practical applications for team motivation and performance. Delegates will return to work with a practical Personal Development Plan.
