Course Outline

In the new digital age, leaders need to effectively leverage both artificial intelligence (AI) and emotional intelligence if they are to successfully lead organisational transformation.

This course focuses on the critical leadership skills needed for people to succeed in a technology-driven world. It highlights key leadership principles, emphasising the importance of emotional intelligence in creating resilient and empowered teams.

Delegates will explore the components of emotional intelligence, such as self-awareness, empathy, and social skills, and how they relate to the effective use and application of AI from a leadership perspective. The course highlights the ethical implications of responsible AI usage and examines how emotional intelligence can address its inherent limitations.
