Managing Hybrid & Remote teams
Since March 2020, there have been innumerable challenges both in and out of the workplace. Many teams are drained and in need of a chance to press the reset button.
Following remote working and the return to the office, there is now a need to understand the opportunities and challenges of hybrid working. Working within a hybrid team successfully is a mixture of art and science. We can’t rely on the communication methods that we use in the office, so more attention needs to be paid towards keeping in touch and keeping teams motivated. Managing a hybrid or remote team successfully is a mixture of art and science. Most of the face-to-face management skills still apply but need to be adapted for this new world.
This course will introduce some best practice tools and techniques, but will also allow time for you to discuss specific issues that you are facing as a team member or manager, and get the support to handle them confidently.
