How to Support a Civil Servant with Mental Health Difficulties

The ONS Labour Force Survey for 2013 has led to estimates that 315, 516 working days are lost in civil service due to anxiety, stress, and depression. There are many services available to support these civil servants, including Charity for Civil Servants, GP's, managers, and even friends and family, who are known to have a strong affect on the mental health if they have a positive relationship with the servant. http://tinyurl.com/nserw2k
