NewWellbeing for Men: A modern approach to men’s mental & emotional health

Sick and tired of thinking that the only way to take care of your mental health is through talk therapy?

Meet Daniel Constable, he first-hand knows that the journey to mental and emotional wealth isn't a smooth transition. He has spent the last 11 years on a mission to get to that very place because he hit rock bottom and tried to check out a little too early. Has he hit that golden place of pure happiness? No. But the journey to becoming the best version of us doesn't have a destination.

it's a continuous and inspiring work in progress. This is precisely why he is inspired and driven to do what he does as a coach and trainer. Using his 11 years of personal development experience, he has created programmes for everyone to join him on this journey. He uses the tools that helped him get from rock bottom to a place of peace, clarity, and most importantly, connection. So, you don't have to go through 11 years of working with coaches, therapists, counselors, or attending retreats in Asia.

You may think, "I'm alright, mate. I can tough this out and just get on with it!" But societal pressures, conditions, and expectations that have been programmed into us since birth can make it challenging to prioritise our mental and emotional health.

This stops us from cultivating deep, meaningful connections and showing up in a truly courageous way—not just the way of traditional masculinity.

Dan has created this training programme to help empower you with practical strategies for creating connections with others, redefining masculinity, developing daily habits to maintain mental health, managing stress, building resilience, and cultivating courage.
