Design your work-life: Positive habits for a better balance
This session explores how your habits directly impact you professionally and personally, and how to create small shifts that will positively impact your life. Healthy habits increase resilience, reduce stress and improve your energy levels to manage daily challenges.
You will gain a greater level of self-awareness of your habits, the impact of those on your wellbeing as well as practical ideas of how to make small, practical changes so you are mentally and physically prepared for the day. Every day.
Each session concludes with a 21-day challenge to inspire you to take action straight away to put one habit in place that starts improving your work-life balance, and overall wellbeing.

EnquireKat is a qualified teacher with over 15 years of teaching and consulting experience working across EdTech, both in the private and public sector. She has travelled the globe helping high flying individuals and organisations achieve personal and professional success.
Read BioShe began her career in teaching, and quickly discovered a passion for educational technology. She gained extensive experience managing international projects, through seven years working in a range of senior, global roles at a fast-paced educational technology company. She has professionally developed and led a range of teams in her role as UK Director, to entire international teams in her role as Global Commercial Manager.
Whilst she was incredibly successful in her career, she paid a heavy ‘life’ price. In 2016, her whole world collapsed. She had neglected the things that were really important, her relationship, health, family. She suffered a severe breakdown and lost everything. In the middle of this she got headhunted for her first CEO role. As she rebuilt herself by changing her habits, she set herself a new challenge. To have it all. A high-flying career and a happy life.
She spent 4 years at an international organisation as Chief Executive Officer, where she reduced costs by over 80%, raised funds for the first time and launched its innovative, digital, continuous professional development programme, Teach2030, for teachers globally. She created a 5am morning routine, rock solid boundaries and exercised daily for the first time in her life.
As a success teacher and consultant, she works with ambitious leaders and organisations around the world. She teaches positive habits to have it all; a successful career, and a happy life. The result? Be on fire at work and home.
