Management Development for Executives programme is a transformative training experience designed to equip you with the essential management skills and behaviours necessary to thrive in today’s dynamic business environment. This programme focuses on mastering the art of managing people and performance, providing you with the tools to unlock the highest potential in yourself and your team. You will enhance your abilities in communication, conflict resolution, change management, motivation, and leadership, ensuring you achieve outstanding results in organisational development.  It is also highly relevant for experienced staff who will soon be making the transition from a management to a leadership role.

Week one is dedicated to understanding and mastering the intricacies of Managing People. You will explore various management styles, learn the principles of effective team development, and delve into change management techniques. Additionally, you will develop essential coaching skills and understand the drivers of behaviour to foster a motivating and productive work environment.

Week two focuses on Managing Performance, ensuring you can effectively evaluate and enhance the performance of your team. You will examine organisational culture, learn to set effective targets and objectives, and align individual competencies with organisational goals. The week also covers motivational strategies, conducting performance reviews, and understanding biases in one-on-one conversations.
