Leadership ensures people perform at their best, develop their potential, and enjoy their work. This course addresses modern leadership thinking, offering a participative exploration of leadership excellence in today's highly connected and fast-paced world, with an emphasis on the practical elements of great leadership. It's about 'making the workplace a better place.'

The learning is complemented by post-workshop reading, Leading with Impact, which reinforces and expands upon the workshop content.

In addition to this 1-day workshop, participants can arrange follow-up 1-2-1 coaching to build upon the workshop and support their ongoing development and application of learning.

At the Civil Service College, we tailor our courses to each attendee’s role and organisation, ensuring that each delegate gets the most out of the training. Our courses and trainers are continuously updated and evaluated to ensure that we are always delivering the best service possible.
