Islamic State action 'not ruled out' by David Cameron

Following the death of the two US hostages by IS, there have been threats that the British hostage will meet their same fate. Although, David Cameron said the UK would not pay a ransom to free the hostage he said he would personally supervise government efforts to secure his release.
