Leadership Communications - From Intention to Impact

Leaders often work hard at trying to get communications right, yet many are unaware that the impact they are having on others is different from their intention. Often, they do not realise they are unconsciously undermining messages with the small things they may do or say.

This half-day course enables leaders to adapt communications to their audience needs and to ensure that their “micro” messages are compatible with their “macro” ones, that HOW they communicate is consistent with WHAT they want to achieve.

At the Civil Service College, we tailor our courses to each attendee’s role and organisation, ensuring that each participant gets the most out of the training. Our courses and trainers are continuously updated and evaluated to ensure that we are always delivering the best service possible.
