Strategic Thinking
Strategic thinking is an essential core skill for Senior Managers and Executives, as establishing a culture of innovation and developing positive future outcomes requires those overseeing or accountable to projects or Departments to think strategically and anticipate change. As recent times have shown us there is a need to be able to potentially look to diversify and be proactive in our thinking.
This course is designed to offer delegates the chance to explore the concept of strategic thinking and practise using the different tools that would enable them to think strategically in the face of an ever-evolving workplace.
This course is from our Leadership & Management series. At the Civil Service College, we tailor our courses to each attendee’s role and organisation, ensuring that each participant gets the most out of the training. Our courses and trainers are continuously updated and evaluated to ensure that we are always delivering the best service possible.
This course is suitable for any Managers, Senior Managers and Executives who need to think strategically at policy, operational, or at an organisational level.
Delegates will gain the knowledge and skills to enable them to undertake strategic thinking for their workplace. This participative and thought-provoking programme will enable those required, or are being asked to have the capacity to undertake Strategic thinking in a more focused and dynamic way.
